The purpose of 1 on 1 interview is to establish a detailed work plan by determining buyer’s goals, needs, time frame, wants, and must haves. During this interview we discuss buyer’s preferences pertaining to location, home style, construction type, development amenities, lot features, property age, school cluster, property condition, sale type, as well as target price range, and financing options.
The purpose of 1st time buyer education session is to make sure that our buyers know what to expect from their first Real Estate transaction and ultimately make an educated decision. During this session we discuss topics such as:
- Advantages and Disadvantages of owning certain types of property (Single family or Condo) and Real Estate in general
- Advantages and Disadvantages of buying property thru certain sale types (REO, Short-Sale, FSBO, Etc.)
